Mr. Cenker is an aerospace systems consultant. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from the Penn State University in Aerospace Engineering, and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutger’s University. He spent the next 18 years with RCA at their Astro Space Division. He served as a commercial astronaut for NASA, logging several million miles in space aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia mission 61C, as RCA’s Payload Specialist Astronaut. In the past 15 years he has consulted with various firms in commercial communications satellite engineering.
Timothy M. Shroyer
Vice President of Business Development, Grumman C4 Systems (formerly Tripoint Global-Vertex Satcom Systems). Mr. Shroyer is responsible for international client base development in many countries including Russia, China and several African nations. Previously, Mr. Shroyer supervised government and military satellite communications in the Pacific for the US Navy.
